Bio
This is the story of a boy, a curious boy, who grew up in the tough housing projects of a small upstate New York town, who would eventually grow up to be the be sitting in an office in Seattle writing this bio...

Well, I elaborate more with the ulta-dramatic narritive, but there will be infinite amounts of oppurtunities in the lj to stroke my perverbial ego.

With that said, "hello". Thanks for checking out my growing cadre of thoughts, opinions and rants.

The first paragraph without the melodrama is true. I was born in Auburn, New York, a small prison town a half hour from Syracuse, New York and about a half day's drive from NYC. I went to college at Syracuse University, where I got a BS in Information Managment and Information Technology and now I'm currently a graduate student at University of Washington, where I'm studying to be probably one of the few black male librarians in this country. The true icing on the bitter-sweet cake I call life is to get a Ph.D in information science, which I'm slowly trying to make a reality.

I'm also an aspiring writer and essayist, and am currently writing a book about modern librianship, information, information systems, and the evils of modern journalismn (all it one book!). Because of this, some entries will me talking about the book and the issues within it, along with the compelling car crash which is my life :)

I been in seattle for only a month now, so everything still have that new car smell to it. The physical orgins of my little lexical jigs are usually done in my closet size capital hill apartment, or at the internet cafe across the corner. And if your near the area and listen very carefully during a full moon, you may hear me shouting curses at my Sony VAIO laptop (called "Token"). while I'm trying to write the book or work on other library projects.
